FAQ

How do I know which level I am?

Start with our free online placement test — it takes about five minutes. Then a teacher will confirm your level with a short, friendly speaking check before you join a class.

What does CEFR (A1–C2) mean?

The Common European Framework of Reference describes language ability on six levels: A1 and A2 (basic user), B1 and B2 (independent user), and C1 and C2 (proficient user). Our courses are organised around these levels.

Do you offer classes for children?

Yes. Our Kids & Teens programme uses games, stories and projects to build confidence and real communication skills in an age-appropriate way.

Can I study online?

Yes. Live online classes are available for most courses, in small groups or one-to-one, with the same teachers and materials.

How long does it take to move up a level?

It depends on your starting point, how often you study and how much you practise between classes. After your placement, your teacher can give you a realistic plan.

Do you prepare students for IELTS and TOEFL?

Yes. Our exam courses cover every section of the test, with strategies, timed practice and detailed feedback on writing and speaking.

How much do courses cost?

Fees depend on the course, format and length. Please contact us for current fees — we're happy to recommend the best option for your goals and budget.

Can I try a class first?

Get in touch and ask us about trial lessons and upcoming start dates — we'll let you know what's available.
